🌍 Global Field Business Support Specialist📌 Must be based in Portugal with immediate availability💼 Contract Type: Full-time📜About the Role Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and supporting high-impact sales processes on a global scale?We’re looking for a Global Field Business Support Specialist to join a dynamic international team dedicated to enabling seamless deal execution and supporting Account Executives in achieving business success.In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the quote-to-cash process — ensuring smooth deal flow, compliance, and collaboration across multiple teams and regions. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by supporting both new and existing customer deals.💻What You’ll DoExecute the end-to-end deal operational process for selected deal types, ensuring compliance and accuracy from quote creation to booking.Manage customer requests, create and update CRM/Harmony opportunities, quotations, and order forms.Partner closely with Account Executives, Cloud Architects, Commercial Finance, Legal, and Order-to-Invoice (O2I) teams to drive deal closure.Support quarter-end and year-end closings, ensuring timely and accurate deal processing in a fast-paced environment.Validate legal contracts, collaborating with Pricing, Finance, and Revenue Recognition teams to ensure correct terms, pricing accuracy, and prevent revenue deferrals.Maintain all required documentation and ensure adherence to internal operational and compliance procedures.🔎What We’re Looking ForProven experience in sales operations, deal management, or business support roles — ideally in a global or regional setting.Solid understanding of CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and the quote-to-cash process.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across finance, legal, and commercial teams.Strong attention to detail, process-driven mindset, and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.Must reside in Portugal and hold the necessary legal documentation to work under contract.Immediate availability is required.📨 Apply now and start making an impact — from Portugal to the world.
