As a result, you’ll work closely with leaders across Europe, North America, and South America.We’re looking for a numbers-strong, proactive, good bridge-building, Global Finance Business Partner. A key role that will strengthen decision-making across the business.The RoleAs Global Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the business, supporting them with financial insights, analysis, and guidance. You will play a central role in translating numbers into clear recommendations and helping teams make informed, data-driven decisions.The role is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, where you will join our Global Finance Department that also includes the global BI department.ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior business stakeholders to support planning, forecasting, and performance follow-ups.Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making while also daring to challenge assumptions.Drive global budget processes and continuous forecasting in collaboration with relevant teamsAnalyze financial and non-financial KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunitiesSupport business- and investment cases and ad-hoc financial analysesAct as a sparring partner to senior leaders, challenging assumptions and ensuring financial informed decisionsContribute to improving financial processes, tools, and reporting structuresCollaborate closely with the wider finance and BI team to ensure alignment and high data qualityJob requirementsA relevant educational background within finance, economics, business administration, or similar+5 years experience from a finance business partner role, controlling role, or similar analytical finance positionStrong financial and analytical skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear messagesExperience guiding senior leaders and setting the directionA proactive mindset, you work well in complexities and find solutionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsHigh proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and financial models; experience with BI tools (Tableau is an advantage)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environmentIt is a bonus if you have worked within Sportsmedia, Betting or iGamingWhat Do We Offer YouA unique and attractive opportunity to become part of a company unlike any other.
