August 2026If you are looking to kick-start an international career in finance and make an impact early on, then EF’s 18-months rotational Global Finance Program could be for you. Tailored to give broad exposure to multiple finance areas, this program allows you to explore three roles across different EF finance hubs and business units.Europe-based candidates typically begin in Zurich, London, or Malta, and will rotate to finance hubs and local offices in Europe, North America, or Asia.Asia-based candidates will start in Tokyo, with rotations to EF hubs in Asia, Europe or North America. Recruitment for the Asian track starts in spring 2026.The RoleBe prepared for a steep learning curve. You will be given ownership early on, and as you progress, you will take on more hands-on and challenging tasks. Exposure to different business units ranging from large established products to smaller startup-like projects will enhance your learning, give you visibility into EF’s entrepreneurial culture, and help you develop a wide range of skills needed for a future leadership position.In the Global Finance Program, you will…Explore roles in Financial Analysis and Planning, Pricing and Cost Control, Business Analytics and Strategy, Accounting, Finance Transformation, and moreParticipate in international summits with fellow program participants from around the world, to further your professional development and build a close network of EF professionalsReceive ongoing mentorship and support from our senior finance managementGain exposure to our business units, including Language schools, Academic degrees, Cultural exchange programs, and Educational toursWorking in finance at EF gives you the opportunity to take on a variety of leadership positions and you will help drive the business from day one.
