August 2026If you are looking to kick-start an international career in finance and make an impact early on, then EF’s 18-months rotational Global Finance Program could be for you. Tailored to give broad exposure to multiple finance areas, this program allows you to explore three roles across different EF finance hubs and business units.Europe-based candidates typically begin in Zurich, London, or Malta, and will rotate to finance hubs and local offices in Europe, North America, or Asia.Asia-based candidates will start in Tokyo, with rotations to EF hubs in Asia, Europe or North America. Recruitment for the Asian track starts in spring 2026.The RoleBe prepared for a steep learning curve. You will be given ownership early on, and as you progress, you will take on more hands-on and challenging tasks.
