And you’ll inspire a talented marketing team to deliver high-class marketing that drives measurable growth.Your MissionAs our Global Head of Go-to-Market, you’ll own the global GTM strategy — from shaping the vision to contributing to the executing. You’ll lead a skilled and motivated team, ensuring that marketing plays a key role in driving business performance and customer impact.You’ll work across markets and regions, collaborating closely with technical and commercial leaders to define clear road maps to success.In this role, you will:Lead, inspire, and develop a marketing team to deliver high-performing, data-driven results.Design and execute a cohesive Go-to-Market strategy that strengthens DIS/CREADIS’s position across industries and geographies.Translate business objectives into powerful, digital-first marketing programs that connect with our customers and drive measurable outcomes.Build deep market and customer understanding — turning insights into sharp value propositions and impactful storytelling.Champion innovation in marketing — testing, learning, and evolving to stay ahead of the curve.Partner closely with regional and commercial leaders to align marketing with business priorities and revenue goals.Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring our presence is bold, consistent, and authentic across all markets.Define performance KPIs and drive continuous optimization across channels, platforms, and regions.What You Bring5+ years of experience in strategic, digital-first B2B marketing — ideally in a global or matrix organization.Proven experience in developing and leading teams fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and growth.Ability to combine strategic thinking and strong business insight with hands-on approach to operational tasks.Deep understanding of B2B dynamics, customer journeys, and omnichannel engagement.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal.A passion for innovation, transformation, and building something truly impactful.Why DIS/CREADIS?At DIS/CREADIS, we believe the future belongs to the bold — to those who combine strategy with imagination, and technology with creativity.You’ll become part of a global community of curious minds — a company who believe that progress happens when strategy meets innovation.
