Key ResponsibilitiesDirect leadership of 8 Plant Managers and approximately 900 indirect reports (across Engineering, Project Management, local Sales, Order Processing, Production, Invoicing, Logistics and local shared services)Manage and develop Plant Managers by providing guidance, coaching, overseeing performance, and setting guidelinesFull P&L responsibility for the plants, including monitoring and managing budgets, costs, and investments for a segment with approximately CHF 170 million revenueDevelop, refine, and implement operational strategies, automation initiatives, and Lean Management principles (e. g.
