As the organisation looks to expand its global footprints, they are looking for a seasoned Operations leader to join their team in Singapore.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the COO and managing a sizable team of qualified professionals, you will deliver business growth through rigorous operational excellence, revenue optimisation and consumer engagement. As the organisation evolves with changing consumer landscape, you will evaluate current practices and leverage latest technologies to drive best-in-class capabilities within the new and current properties. This is a highly visible role where you will be instrumental in charting the future growth of the organisation.RequirementsIdeally, you are a seasoned hotelier with an entrepreneurial flair and a proven track record in hotel operations. Prior expertise in managing a sizable portfolio of hotels in the luxury space, as well as prior experience as a Hotel General Manager, would be highly valued. You think out of the box and thrive on creative solutions that drive business growth.
