This is a build-and-scale role: you’ll craft the systems that attract extraordinary people, sustain a high-trust/high-performance culture, and enable global growth—from the US, UK and EU to Southeast Asia. You’ll partner directly with our founders and business leads to shape how we hire, develop, reward and retain exceptional talent worldwide.TasksTalent & hiringBuild and scale a recruitment engine that attracts top investors, operators, and technical talent.Lead global hiring across the US, UK, EU, and Singapore, ensuring consistency in process, quality, and cultural fit.Define talent standards and processes to ensure every hire raises the bar.Design compelling narratives and candidate experiences that reflect our mission and global footprint.Performance, growth & leadershipDevelop performance frameworks (OKRs, feedback, development pathways) that drive growth and accountability.Build leadership capability across the group — coaching, mentoring, and structured development.Partner with senior leaders to align team structures and capacity planning with strategic goals.Culture & experienceCodify Allocator One’s and Infra One’s shared values into rituals that scale: onboarding, all-hands, reviews, and recognition.Design programs that sustain engagement, well-being, and belonging across regions.Serve as cultural ambassador — ensuring every team embodies our principles of excellence, trust, and impact.Rewards & mobilityEstablish competitive and transparent compensation frameworks for global teams.Lead design of performance-based bonus and incentive structures aligned with group objectives.Oversee global mobility, compliance, and equitable people operations.People infrastructureImplement the right systems and tools (ATS, HRIS, analytics) to support data-driven people decisions.Build governance and reporting frameworks that scale with our growth.Requirements8–12+ years of experience in People & Culture leadership, ideally in PE/VC, asset management, or high-growth investment platforms.Proven success building and scaling people functions across multiple countries and regions (US, UK, EU, SEA).Deep understanding of organizational design, compensation, and leadership development.Excellent communication and strategic partnership skills, including board-level interaction.Fluent in English (German a plus).Based in Vienna or London, with flexibility for international travel.Builder mindset — comfortable starting from zero and scaling globally.BenefitsCompensationLondon: £140,000 – £185,000Vienna: €110,000 – €145,000Why usShape the talent and culture blueprint of a pioneering global investment platform.Partner with visionary founders and investors across Allocator One and Infra One.High autonomy and trust, with a direct line to leadership impact.Join a culture defined by excellence, purpose, and global ambition.Offices in Vienna and London, with hybrid flexibility.
