You set ambitious standards, inspire international teams to outstanding performance, and combine empathy and collaboration with a proactive, results-driven mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesLead our high-performing team of international project managers responsible for customer projects of our enterprise solution ATOSS Staff Efficiency SuiteCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including client business, ATOSS Professional Services teams, customer success team, product team, and other relevant business stakeholders, to define scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsUtilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectivenessDrive and own the continuous professionalization of all kinds of relevant documents, procedures and processes in the context of profound project management ensuring adoption and knowledge managementResponsibility for the process of billing ATOSS services by means of our Professional Services Automation software Certinia incl. continuous optimizations and establishment of a data-driven organizationClose collaboration with the ATOSS tendering teams concerning the ATOSS project approach and connected topics and corresponding presentations towards our customersPossibility of taking on additional responsibilities and/or teams as part of your career pathKey RequirementsMinimum of 10 years of experience leading a project management office or similarProven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environmentMinimum of 10 years of experience or equivalent expertise in leading complex software implementation technology projects and programs in a large organizationProven experience managing projects with a volume of at least €1 Mio, ideally in a technology or software contextExcellent knowledge of project management methods and tools (e.g., Prince2, Agile, Scrum)Experience in the development, implementation, and change management of project management processes and methodsExperience with professional services automation software (Certinia is an advantage)Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutionsExcellent English skills (written and spoken), Excellent French skills are a strong plusOur BenefitsCompetitive Rewards: Including profit-sharing and employee stock program.
