Do you have the experience to guide day-to-day HR needs while fostering collaboration, development, and a positive employee experience worldwide?Then join our Talent Leadership and Culture team as Global HR Business Partner to support our global leadership team and line management in Teknos Portfolio Development organization. This is a maternity leave substitute position estimated for period of one year.We are looking for an enthusiastic and structured people professional with international experience to support one of our functional leadership teams. You will have a key role in creating the strategic link between the business and people development. You will actively contribute to the organization achieving its goals through people, in close collaboration with business leaders.You will act as a strategic advisor to the senior leaders and coach them on effective leadership practices and company people processes in line with Teknos strategy, values, leadership behaviours and ways of working. You will actively participate in and support in discussions on organizational planning, resource needs and identifying and developing business-critical competences. You will drive implementation of Teknos global people processes, in close collaboration with Global CoE team and HR network in different countries. Leadership development, coaching leaders and planning and implementing team-building activities as needed are also an essential part of your role.You will be part of Teknos Group’s TLC (Talent, Leadership and Culture) team, and be located in one of our European offices with a hybrid working setup.Your areas of responsibility will include, but not be restricted, the following tasks:Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support the function's global objectives.Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people matters, e.g. resource planning, talent management, organizational and competence development, challenging situations and employee relations as applicable.Support in talent acquisition to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across the business and countries.Ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles at the right time to support its growth.Oversee talent assessment, people review practises, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.Support organizational design and restructuring initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across global operations.Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.Depending on your experience and knowledge, support in ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations, collective agreements and company policies across different countries (e.g. in Finland, Denmark or Germany)About you:You are an enthusiast in coaching, advising and helping the organization with people related processes, tasks and questions. Our corporate language is English, which is why it is important that you are fluent in English and one of the following languages: Finnish, Danish, or German, both written and spoken. Your educational background is commercial, educational or HR management, and you have min. 6-7 years of professional experience with the entire range of tasks within HR.In addition, we would like to see that:You have knowledge and experience of all the aspects of HR from talent attraction and recruitment to employment lifecycle and exitYou enjoy working independently and switching between strategic and hands-on tasksYou have experience or exposure to international matrix organizationsYou have a collaborative mindset – you enjoy building relationships and working across teams and geographiesYou approach tasks thoughtfully and proactively, with strong skills in problem-solving and critical thinkingYou have excellent communications, co-operation and problem-solving skills to build trust and influence at all organizational levelsYou take ownership of your initiatives and work in a structured and pro-active mannerYou have emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive topics in a discrete mannerYou are passionate about supporting the business, and have a positive approach to your work and your colleaguesLocal labour law and collective agreement knowledge e.g. in Finland, Denmark or GermanyCould this be your next step at Teknos global team?Then we'd love to hear more about you!
