What you'll do:As Global Human Resources Manager (USA Market Experience), you will be entrusted with shaping the future of people operations across several continents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with executive leadership on strategic projects that influence every aspect of the employee lifecycle-from recruitment through retention. You will guide regional teams in delivering consistent HR services while optimising processes using advanced HRIS tools. Design and implement comprehensive global human resources strategies that align with organisational goals and support international growth across multiple regions.Collaborate with senior leaders worldwide to facilitate effective organisational design, talent management programmes, and strategic workforce planning initiatives.Lead transformation projects within the HR function to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment of policies and practices across all locations.Oversee end-to-end HR operations in Vietnam, Australia, and the United States-including talent acquisition processes, performance management systems, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations activities.Manage and develop regional HR teams by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality delivery of HR services and an excellent employee experience.Optimise HR processes through effective use of Netsuite HRIS or similar platforms to enhance data management capabilities and streamline workflows.Ensure full compliance with labour laws and employment regulations in each jurisdiction while upholding global data protection standards.Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on matters related to global mobility, cross-border employment arrangements, and workforce compliance challenges.Champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being throughout all offices worldwide.Partner with leadership to create meaningful recognition programmes that boost retention rates and reinforce core values. What you bring:To excel as Global Human Resources Manager (USA Market Experience), your background should reflect deep familiarity with international employment law frameworks as well as hands-on experience managing distributed teams. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to connect meaningfully with colleagues from various backgrounds while guiding them through change initiatives. A history of successfully implementing scalable HR solutions using modern technology platforms such as Netsuite will set you apart. Extensive knowledge of labour laws in Vietnam, Australia, and the United States combined with strong understanding of international compliance requirements.Demonstrated success managing multi-country human resources operations while leading cross-border teams in multicultural settings.Exceptional English communication skills-both written and verbal-with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within a global environment.Hands-on experience utilising Netsuite HRIS or equivalent platforms for optimising HR processes across different regions.At least 10 years of progressive experience in human resources roles including 3-5 years at a global or regional leadership level.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline; Master's degree preferred for added depth of expertise.Prior exposure to or direct involvement with human resources functions supporting the USA market is highly advantageous.A collaborative approach that fosters teamwork among diverse groups while promoting inclusivity throughout all interactions.Strong problem-solving abilities paired with sensitivity towards cultural differences when navigating complex situations.
