Enhancing customer satisfaction and support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and any IT services that are essential to our business operations. You will be part of our Global Infrastructure Client Technologies APAC team, contributing to projects and providing hands-on IT support to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal customer experience.Location: This position reports to the Director, Client Technologies APAC and is part of the Infrastructure and Operation, Client Technologies APAC team located in Cytiva Tauranga and will be an on-site role.What You Will DoResponsible for daily operational and support activities, including the setup of laptops/desktops, maintaining the IT rooms, providing assistance during company events, etc.Monitor IT ticket queues and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests, these can come in form of incoming phone calls, walk-up or web-submitted IT tickets.Providing support for manufacturing and warehouse operation are the highest prior. Work closely with the business and function leaders in ANZ and Global to provide IT guidance and assistance to support the business requirements.Who You AreDiploma/Degree in IT or IT-related discipline.5 years or more working experience in regional operations support and manufacturing environment role.Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting and supporting Windows OS and applications and Active Directory management.Good written and spoken communication skills, including ability to produce user guides, diagrams and flowchart.Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment RequirementsAbility to travel – list specifics 10-20% travel, overnight, within territory or locations (Australia – Sydney or Melbourne)Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20Kg, any other physical requirementsIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:CCNA or ITIL certification is an advantageExperience working in a multinational and diverse environment, with strong interpersonal skills to manage and collaborate with teams across different cultural backgrounds and business practices.Ability to write simple scripts for automation (eg PowerShell, DOS script, etc.)Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
