In this role you will be an expert in global Customer Management (CM) process(es), being responsible for digital sales process compliance, performance and improvement across the organization. Lead definition of requirements related to process, people competences & tools. Support the organization in people, process and tools assessments as well as competence development within CM area.The preferred location for this role is Hochheim, Germany but you can also be based in any of the following locations:Lund, SwedenUtrecht, NetherlandsLondon, United KingdomTetra Pak is not supporting relocation or work visa for this position.What You Will DoSupport inside sales implementation and deployment globally, developing strategies and action plans, tracking progress and achievement of defined targets to drive the business growthDrive CM process leveraging on digital platforms and digital tools to ensure continuous improvement on the global levelLead, motivate and ensure engagement of the process drivers and inside sales network globallyDrive cross functional alignment on CM process design, CM related digital sales tools requirements and requirements on people competencesMonitor process compliance, performance, process: business KPIs from global perspectiveMonitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide feedback to team members as well as oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are properly qualified, followed up on, and closedDeliver CM related competence development programs in co-operation with Tetra Pak AcademySupport front line organization in reaching desired process maturitiesProvide regular updates and report to senior management on sales performance and progressWork closely with other departments, such as marketing and product management, to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectivenesWe believe you haveGraduation and post-graduation on Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or EngineeringLanguage skills – fluent in EnglishProven experience in digital sales leadership, with a strong track record of success in inside sales implementation and deploymentDeep understanding of digital sales methodologies, digital sales tools and remote sales channels as well as market trends and CRM toolsStrong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills;Collaboration – expertly demonstrated;Process knowledge at good levelDirect customer experience preferably at MC levelBasic knowledge of OF processes linked to CMWe Offer YouA variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscapeA culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible resultsAn equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusionMarket competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangementsApply NowIf you are inspired to be part of our promise to protect what’s good; for food, people, and the planet, apply through our careers page at https://jobs.tetrapak.com/.
