Givenchy, the prestigious and iconic fashion Maison, is currently undergoing a major transformation with new creative leadership.We are committed to returning to the brand's roots while elevating it to new heights of excellence.Givenchy is proud of its heritage, innovation, and respect for the codes of luxury.Givenchy is looking for its Global Internal Control & Compliance Director (W/M).Job ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Givenchy CFO, you will play a pivotal role identifying, preventing risks and safeguarding Givenchy’s footprint.This role offers significant international exposure, reporting to Givenchy Chief Financial Officer, collaborating with key stakeholders across the Maison and the LVMH Group.You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:Internal Control (IC)Design, implement, and continuously enhance IC policies, procedures, and systems tailored to the luxury sector's unique challenges;Lead Givenchy's annual IC assessment campaign. Identify, assess, monitor financial, operational, compliance, and reputational risks across all BU and geographies;Provide regular, insightful reports on the status of IC, identified risks, control deficiencies, and remediation efforts to CODIR;Manage Internal & External Audits and oversee the implementation of audit recommendations;Collaborate effectively with all departments to embed controls into daily operations ;Animate the IC network within Givenchy's subsidiaries in collaboration with LVMH Fashion Group IC teams. Ethics & Compliance Coordinate & effectively implement the LVMH Group comprehensive compliance programs, including anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud, conflicts of interest, gifts & hospitality, sanctions compliance, and ethical business conduct;Act as Key Compliance Contact providing guidance and support to all stakeholders. Lead the Ethics & Compliance bi-annual Committee with CODIR members to share E&C Global plan and initiatives;Continue and strengthen the rollout of anti-corruption program, including the policies on whistleblowing, third-party due diligence, code of conduct, and controls;Design and deliver engaging anti-corruption training and awareness campaigns tailored to different employee populations and risk profiles across the Maison;Champion and embed a strong culture of ethics, integrity, and compliance throughout the organization, ensuring that ethical conduct is valued and reinforced at all levels;Work collaboratively with Legal, Internal Control, HR, Procurement, Finance, subsidiaries and LVMH Fashion Group’s teams to integrate compliance into daily operations and strategic initiatives. Duty of VigilanceDevelop and oversee the vigilance plan, parterning closely with internal departments in full compliance with French, Italian and European vigilance laws;Lead the identification, assessment, and mapping of severe risks of human rights violations, fundamental freedoms, health & safety, environmental damage across the entire value chain (from raw material sourcing to distribution, including subsidiaries, subcontractors, and suppliers);Develop and coordinate audit programs for supplier engagement, training, and different levels of audits to assess compliance with vigilance requirements and drive continuous improvement;Ensure alignment and effective integration of the brand's vigilance plan with LVMH Group’s commitments. Develop & deliver comprehensive training and awareness programs for employees across the organization, ensuring understanding and ownership of their roles in upholding the Duty of Vigilance. ManagementYou manage and develop your team based in Paris. Regional Retail Internal Audit and Control is operated by LVMH Fashion Group and Co-piloted with the Group. ProfileHolding a university degree or business school qualification with a specialization in audit or finance, you have minimum of 10 years of professional experience, experience in Audit (internal and/or external) would be a plus. Unquestionable integrity, critical thinking, and ability to handle confidential information. Autonomous, pragmatic, and proactive, you are equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team. You are able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Committed to your projects, you demonstrate the ability to convince at all levels of the organization thanks to your strong interpersonal and communication skills. You have excellent command of MS Office tools and are capable of handling files with large volumes of data. Knowledge of SAP and BI would be a real plus. Fluent in French and English essential. Italian is a plus.
