This is a rare chance to own global investigations, shape compliance strategy, and influence senior stakeholders in a complex, high-performing environment.💼 The OpportunityReporting directly to the Group Head of Compliance (London), you’ll:Lead and manage global investigations into fraud, bribery, corruption, and misconduct.Oversee the Speak Up framework, ensuring consistent governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.Strengthen and embed Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), AML/CTF, and broader compliance frameworks.Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, offering clear, pragmatic, and commercially aware advice.Manage and mentor a small team, fostering collaboration across legal, audit, and business units.Deliver training, policy design, and compliance risk assessments.Provide specialist input on compliance in M&A due diligence and integration.Deputise for the Group Head of Compliance when required.🌐 What You’ll BringYou’re an experienced investigations and compliance professional who can navigate complexity, influence with integrity, and manage sensitive matters discreetly and effectively. ✅ 7+ years’ experience leading corporate investigations within a listed or multinational organisation.
