The firm is looking to hire both an Analyst and an Associate to support its growing deal pipeline.This global investment bank has built a market-leading reputation in the natural resources sector, providing advisory, financing, and strategic solutions across both developed and emerging markets. The firm’s deep sector expertise and ability to execute complex transactions in challenging environments set it apart from competitors.As part of the Sydney-based coverage team, you will work closely with clients across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, developing long-term relationships and identifying strategic opportunities. The role involves a mix of client coverage and execution, collaborating with M&A and project finance teams to deliver high-impact transactions. The team is well-regarded for its strong culture, collaborative environment, and commitment to long-term career development.We are looking for Associate Director / Vice President candidates currently working in M&A, either at a global bank, a leading boutique, or within an M&A team at a chartered or Big Four accounting firm. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and you will display a real passion for M&A.
