Job DescriptionThis opportunity provides you with a first-class investment banking and equity capital markets experience at J.P. Morgan.As an origination assistant within the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team, you will work with investment banking professionals side-by-side, and take part in origination and execution of transactions.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport origination and execution of equity capital markets businessConduct research on the macroeconomic environment, global and Korea equity markets, industries, companies, and productsAssist with production of marketing and deal materials, as well as with financial analysisProduce English / Korean translationsSupport other investment banking and equity capital markets businessRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsCollege / university junior / senior class (well-prepared sophomore acceptable)Strong Academic background in Business, Economics, or AccountingStrong English / Korean communication skills (written and verbal)Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsKnowledge of global and Korea M&A and macroeconomic environmentGood understanding of accounting and financial statements Proficiency in MS Office softwareAbout UsJ.P.
