By joining us now, you’ll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.This Position reports to:Division HR Manager, RAROYour role and responsibilities:In this role, you will deliver and implement the talent and people development strategy for Robotics NewCo in alignment with group guidance and HR strategy. You will work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to understand organizational priorities, translate them into targeted development initiatives, and ensure a best-in-class talent and learning experience that supports growth and transformation.Your focus will be on listening to the business, identifying capability gaps, and implementing practical, scalable solutions that strengthen performance and enable people to thrive.The work model for the role is: hybridThis role will report to the Head of Talent & Development (to be named)You will be mainly accountable for:Collaborate with HRBPs and business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, identify capability gaps, and translate them into relevant learning and development initiatives.Implement the talent and people development strategy in line with group guidance, policies, and procedures, partnering with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and local adaptability.Design and deliver leadership, talent, and learning solutions that are consistent, relevant, and measurable, while integrating learning, talent, and performance processes for a seamless employee experience.Advise and coach HR and business leaders on development topics, supporting the evolution of HR processes and tools to enhance efficiency and user experience.Measure and evaluate program effectiveness, using data and insights to continuously improve solutions and ensure return on learning investment.Qualifications for the role:Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Business Administration (advanced certifications such as CIPD or ATD are an advantage).5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development roles, ideally in global technology or engineering-driven industries.Proven experience collaborating with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to design and deliver development initiatives aligned to business strategy.Strong expertise in leadership development, capability building, and talent frameworks.Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions with measurable outcomes.Skilled in using digital learning tools, platforms, and analytics to enhance learning experiences and measure impact.Agile, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented, with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.What's in it for you?Shape the future of robotics: Contribute to a once-in-a-lifetime transformation as Robotics NewCo emerges under SoftBank.Make a tangible impact: Design and deliver learning and talent solutions that directly enable business growth and innovation.Collaborate globally: Work in partnership with a network of HR and business leaders across regions.Freedom to innovate: Introduce modern, digital, and evidence-based learning practices within a high-tech environment.Grow your career: Be part of a global HR community and a forward-thinking, high-performing Robotics organization.We value people from different backgrounds.
