Brief and lead the development of global campaign toolkits and packaging designs in line with key market needs and category drivers.Strategic Development and P&L Responsibility: Develop strategies for specific categories and define an innovation pipeline, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Global Brand & Category Plans: Own and manage global brand and category plans, collaborating closely with country marketing teams to ensure effective market execution.Market & Trend Monitoring: Monitor in-market performance, analyse category trends, and competition to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for your categories, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.Your profileDegree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferredAt least 5 years of experience in brand management within the cosmetics and skincare industry, ideally with hands-on involvement in product development and collaboration with contract manufacturers.Proven experience in leading innovation projects and managing product lifecyclesStrong leadership abilities with effective communication skills and experience in managing cross-functional teamsProven track record in developing 360° campaigns that drive sustainable growth, with expertise in digital and social media strategiesExcellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information, coupled with financial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindsetOpen-minded, solution-oriented and curious, with a motivation for continuous learning and growth.
