Job DescriptionAbout your roleWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our Animal Health business. In this strategic role, you will lead and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to drive brand growth, develop impactful marketing initiatives, and manage the product lifecycle from launch to maturity.You will build and maintain deep expertise in the anesthesia, sedation and analgesia (ASA) therapy area, analyze market trends and data, identify growth opportunities, and lead initiatives that support veterinarians and end-users. Your work will ensure alignment with global business objectives while adhering to local regulations.This position reports to the Global Marketing Director for Animal Health and is based in Finland, with the possibility to work from another EU country where Orion Pharma has an office. It is a permanent, full-time role that requires frequent international travel.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead and implement the global marketing strategy for the Animal Health portfolio, with a focus on anesthesia, sedation, and analgesia (ASA) products and brandsWork in partnership with our portfolio medical lead across all activitiesDefine and align cross-country brand positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotional strategiesDrive global brand awareness and develop impactful campaigns for veterinarians and pet ownersProvide marketing tools, training, and support for branded and in-licensed products across marketsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic and regulatory alignmentMonitor market trends, sales performance, and therapy area developments to identify growth opportunitiesManage marketing budget, performance dashboards, and represent the brand at key industry eventsWhat We Offer The chance to shape the future of anaesthesia and pain on a global scale.
