Global Marketing Manager

As part of Camper & Nicholsons’ continued growth as a global leader in luxury yachting, we are creating the position of Global Marketing Manager to strengthen the operational leadership of the marketing department.Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Global Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the marketing team (6 people) and the operational execution of marketing activities across all business lines.While the Chief Marketing Officer focuses on strategic direction, brand positioning, and global initiatives, the Global Marketing Manager will ensure strong coordination, timely delivery of global campaigns as well as a culture of accountability and creativity within the team.This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on orchestrating complex, global campaigns and empowering creative teams to deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead the marketing team (creative designer, event manager, marketing specialists), ensuring high performance and collaboration.Oversee daily operations, workload distribution, and project timelines to guarantee the efficient delivery of all marketing initiatives.Act as the main point of contact between the marketing department and other Heads of Department for operational topics.Support the Chief Marketing Officer in implementing the global marketing strategy across regions.Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all platforms and materials.Identify opportunities for process improvement and team development.Knowledge and Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience leading a team.Proven experience working in an international and multicultural environment.Background in the luxury industry (yachting, hospitality, automotive, fashion, or similar).Strong project management and organisational skills, with a focus on execution and results.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Previous experience in the yachting industry or a strong personal affinity with the world of yachting, preferred.
