Division Overview:Global Markets Division: Based in Mumbai, the front-office team which works on a team extension model delivers pricing, modelling, prime services and risk management expertise to the Global Markets business. Our bespoke benefits support employees and their family’s holistic wellbeing and are inclusive of diverse identities and family structures.Position Specifications:Corporate Title: Analyst / Associate Functional Title: Analyst / Associate Experience: 1 - 4 yearsQualification: Tier 1 Engineering College Graduate / Post Graduate Role & Responsibilities:The Role provides a unique opportunity to work in front office environment and building relationship with senior team members and get mentorshipAllows the candidate to show entrepreneurship in thinking of way to add value to client, improve profitability of the firmAs a junior member of the team, assist the member of the Client services team in dealing with client requests on the platform, help senior free up time to focus on organics growth.Assist in acting as a central point of contact for the client mapping to make sure the firm has a clear understanding of the business conducted by the client and the opportunities to help the organic growth and build closer relationship to the client by being able to find way of providing them additional servicesContribute on analysing client opportunities and control the profitability/growth of the Prime Finance client base by creating a high touch service model and a reputation that attracts new clients.Requires to develop understanding of resources specifically balance sheet/leverage exposure, internal clearing/trading costs, funding rates.The role requires proactive attitude to improving processes, highlight operational and control risks / efficiencies and look for ways to prevent issues from re-occurring, either systematically or through new procedures/operating model.Mind Set:Strong coding skills (understanding of API key)Attention to detailStrong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to work effectively as part of the team Good communication skills.Very Strong work ethicsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentShould be a power user of Excel spreadsheets with strong analytical skills.Knowledge of Python, VBA and dashboarding tools like Power BI will be preferred but is not an absolute requirement.
