The media assistant will play a crucial role in delivering excellence in account management and will work towards ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate with teams across the globe, build strong relationships, and support the development of best-in-class media campaigns.In this role, you will provide assistance to the brand lead, managing various tasks related to the day-to-day business. You will become an expert in both the brand and the category, supporting the brand lead in managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem-solving, and responsiveness. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to help structure, develop, and implement media plans.ResponsibilitiesAttention to Detail You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the brand on a global scale. This role requires an organized, process-driven individual who can keep track of plans and briefs while ensuring deadlines are met. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams in planning, reporting, analytics, and measurementTask Management You will develop a strong partnership with the brand lead in managing all projects for the client. Being a strong communicator, you will take ownership of specific tasks and ensure they are executed accurately and on time. You will take pride in managing tasks and ensuring their successful completionGlobal Coordination You will coordinate with markets worldwide to fulfill client needs. This will involve implementing existing processes and workflows, ensuring that our teams are held accountable for their tasks.
