Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Global Medical Affairs Lead (Immunology) who is collaborative, insightful, and adaptable to join us in our Medical Affairs team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium or Slough Office in the UK. About The RoleYou will be working in a team that delivers medical and scientific leadership for immunology-related therapy areas at a global level. Your role will not only shape and execute medical strategies but also influence therapy area direction, drive scientific leadership, and ensure alignment with asset and organizational priorities. You will play a pivotal role in translating science into value for patients, healthcare professionals, and the organization, while fostering innovation and advancing standards of care.Who You’ll Work WithYou will be working in a cross-functional, asset-focused team that values partnership and collaboration. The team includes internal stakeholders from Clinical Development, R&D, Marketing, Market Access, and external partners such as healthcare professionals, payers, and patient advocacy groups. You will also engage with senior leaders globally, contributing to strategic decision-making and representing the medical perspective in high-level forums.What You’ll Do Deliver global medical strategy for immunology assets, translating science into value for patients and business. Provide medical input to cross-functional teams, ensuring integration of medically focused deliverables for products and launches. Lead the Medical Affairs Plan, including evidence generation, stakeholder engagement, and scientific communication. Drive pre-launch medical strategy and coordinate local input into clinical programs. Represent expert medical viewpoints and insights in global strategy discussions. Ensure compliance of all Medical Affairs activities with regulatory standards. Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills Medical Degree (MD) or PhD in medicine, immunology, or related scientific discipline is preferred background in respiratory therapeutic area preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in immunology or respiratory therapy. Strong understanding of respiratory disease pathophysiology and emerging immunology-based approaches. Proven experience in global or regional roles, including scientific engagement and cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement medical strategies and scientific communication initiatives. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
