Global Operations Management Trainee – Plaza Premium GroupThe 18-month Global Operations Management Trainee (GOMT) Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders in the traveler hospitality industry. Through structured job rotations across lounges, hotels, food & beverage, and guest relations, trainees gain deep hands-on experience and exposure to different business areas within Plaza Premium Group.This journey includes over 700 hours of leadership and operational training, mentorship by industry experts, and opportunities to participate in global projects that build strong foundations in project management, budgeting, and teamwork. Trainees also have the chance to work in different countries, expanding their cultural understanding and professional adaptability.You’ll go through a fast-track development plan with continuous learning, performance reviews, and personalized coaching to prepare you for future leadership roles within PPG’s worldwide network of 6,800+ team members in 30+ countries.Ideal Candidate:Fresh graduate passionate about travel & hospitalityService-minded, adaptable, and open to diverse environmentsStrong communication and teamwork skillsFluent in English (another language is a plus)Willing to work shifts and relocate internationallyHave been selected to Ministry of Tourism Program (Ahluha) is a plus.
