In this exciting role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote our VoIP services and set appointments for our sales team. ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to leads to introduce our VoIP services and generate interestEngage prospects in conversation, providing them with valuable information about the benefits of our VoIP solutionsSchedule appointments for our sales representatives to follow up with qualified leadsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment schedules in our CRM systemFollow up with leads to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction with our outreach effortsCollaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve appointment-setting strategiesMeet and exceed monthly targets for appointments set and lead generationRequirementsPrevious experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to explain technical products in a clear and engaging mannerStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple leadsProficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools to track leads and appointmentsSelf-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitudeStrong work ethic and desire to contribute to team successBasic understanding of VoIP technology is a plusBenefits Appointment Setter (VoIP Sales Development Rep - SDR)Base Salary (Hourly or Monthly):
$2/hour (entry to mid-level) 300$ base (depending on experience and volume expectations)Commission/Bonus Structure: 10-15per qualified appointment (depending on deal size and target quality) + Tier Bonuses: 20+ qualified appts/month: Extra $125 30+ appts/month: Extra $250 40+ appts/month: Extra $500+KPIs: 3-5 qualified appointments per day 70%+ show rate 20%+ conversion to demo/close
