For additional information, please contact the Emerging Talent Program at EmergingTalentProgram@ladodgers.com.Title: Global Partnerships InternDepartment: Global PartnershipsStatus: Intern (3-month program)Location: Los Angeles, CAPay Rate: $18.00/hour + housing stipendInterviews for our 2026 Internship positions will take place in March 2026The Los Angeles Dodgers Global Partnerships team develops partnerships with brands to drive brand awareness, execute experiential opportunities, drive b2c business and create meaningful community programs. These are among some of the many platforms our team develops for brands.Duties/ResponsibilitiesWork alongside Account Managers to assist on day-to-day management of key accounts including attending regularly scheduled meetings, executing game day activations, and supporting hospitality experiencesManage and organize homestand summaries that highlight major activations, hospitality, and anticipated needs for each game from other departmentsCapture, sort, and organize proof of performance throughout the season for each partnerEstablish strong working relationships with clients during game day activations and non-game day eventsSupport Activation and Sales teams with hospitality needs such as gifting and overseeing experiencesProvide overall team organizational and administrative support where necessaryOther duties as assigned Basic Requirements/QualificationsExtremely customer focused (with both internal and external clients) Must be detailed-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments and projects under pressure Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree OR are currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 3-month program during the summer months Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States Passionate about working for a professional sports team Proactive and out of the box thinkingThis program consists of 80% in-department work, 15% cross-functional project experience, and 5% additional programming. Interns collaborate on real business projects in small cross-functional groups while gaining hands-on, department-specific experience under a dedicated manager. The program is 100% in-person/onsite.
