Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter, you will provide a proactive, professional recruitment service to source, attract and recruit high calibre candidates in the market. You’ll collaborate with our technical managers to understand requirements and contribute to Global Payments delivery on strategic objectives through having the best people in place. This is an exciting opportunity for either a previous agency or inhouse Recruiter to take ownership of recruitment at our Zagreb Office and ensure recruiting objectives are met.

What Part Will You Play?Manage the end to end recruitment process of internal and external vacancies, in line with company policies, processes and legal requirements. Complete effective screening of CV’s to supply vetted shortlist of candidates for technical rolesWork closely with hiring managers and external stakeholders to ensure new hires are fit for purpose and meet the capability needs of the businessAnalyse business requirements and their impact and deliver quality recruitment solutions that are timely and cost effective.

Introduce the latest recruiting strategies to the business using a high level of creativity and latitude to identify the best candidates in the market and to build a talent pipelineMonitor and update our websites, oversee role proposals including contracts, offer letters and process changes to terms and conditions of employment.

Schedule interviews as required and manage assessment/testing, and achieve SLA’s at all stages of the recruitment cycleWhat Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum QualificationsBachelor's DegreeExperienced recruiter with either an agency or in-house background, preferably technical recruitment (Minimum 3 years experience)Knowledge and experience of online tools e. g.

job boards, social media platforms such as LinkedInStrong relationship building skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholdersEvidence of strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilityStrong communication skills - verbal and writtenFluent in English languagePrevious experience with self-service HRIS (Workday) preferredPreferred QualificationsTypically Minimum 4 Years Relevant ExpMix of agency and in-house recruitingPrevious Banking / FinTech recruitment experience preferredWhat Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?Skills / Knowledge - Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
