As a Graduate in People & Communications you will gain a unique opportunity to build your career and develop skills across Talent Attraction, Business Partnering, and Project Management. You will embark on a two-year journey consisting of three 8-months rotations designed to give you a steep learning curve, international experience, and broad business understanding.Joining our Graduate Program on September 1st, 2026, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow graduate batch. With multiple subsidiaries across the globe, we are sure to find a role abroad that matches GN’s business needs as well as your skills and interests. Throughout, you will be assisted by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve.The team you will be part of:By being exposed to both Centre of Excellence environments in HQ and frontline operational contexts abroad, you will develop a deep understanding of GN’s people and talent agenda end-to-end. Along the way, you’ll build skills necessary for handling diverse challenges, cultural awareness, and business acumen; all key to thriving in a global setting.The goal is that by the end of the program, you will be ready to bridge strategy and execution – designing, implementing, and delivering people solutions that are both globally aligned and locally relevant.Moreover, you will become part of a network together with 13 other fellow graduates who are exploring different areas across GN, Finance, Marketing, R&D, Operations or Digital, Data & IT,Your Graduate Program journey in summary:1st Rotation (Sep 2026 – Apr 2027): People & Communications HQ, DenmarkJoin our Talent team and contribute to the Global Graduate Talent Attraction Campaign for 2027, before gradually moving into Talent Management – including exposure to our Talent Review & Succession process. This combination gives you a unique chance to both attract next year’s graduates and gain strategic insights into how GN manages and develops talent globally.2nd Rotation (May 2027 – Dec 2027): HR Partnering, China or similarMove to our newly established Chinese site and step into an HR Partnering role, working closely with both blue- and white-collar employees within R&D and Global Operations. This rotation offers practical experience and challenges you to apply your earlier learning in an operational and multicultural setting. Note: Visa requirements can change rapidly, so while China is our preferred location, a similar expat destination will be arranged if needed.3rd Rotation (Jan 2028 – Aug 2028): Project Management, Global Operations HQ, DenmarkReturning to HQ, you will join Global Operations’ Project Management team, enhancing your project management capabilities and business understanding — preparing you for a future role where you can combine P&C skills with operational and strategic impact.To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:Hold a master’s degree within HRM, Business, Organizational Development, or similar - or expect to graduate before September 2026, with good academic performanceHave maximum 1 year of full-time work experience after graduationHave international experience from internship, semester abroad, or volunteering.Demonstrate commitment to growth, aspiration, and self-awareness, excelling at advancing togetherAre curious, prepared for challenges, and motivated to build a career in P&C with both strategic and operational exposureThrive in international environments and keen to take on a rotation abroadBring a collaborative mindsetHave effective communication skills and fluency in spoken and written EnglishJoin us in Bringing People Closer GN brings people closer through our advanced intelligent hearing, audio, video, and gaming solutions.
