If you’re ready to make an impact with a company that’s transforming cybersecurity, we’d love to hear from you.We are looking for a Global People & Culture (P&C) Analyst to join our international P&C Shared Service Center in Poznań, supporting HR operations across 14 countries for a fast-growing SaaS company. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, and delivering insights that empower our global teams.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven, tech-oriented HR environment, has strong analytical skills, and is comfortable leveraging digital and AI tools to drive smarter, more efficient people operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality HR analytics, reports, and dashboards for global and regional stakeholders.Use AI-powered tools and automation to enhance data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.Analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, headcount, FTE costs, absenteeism) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Manage HR transactions and requests via Jira, ensuring service quality and consistency.Maintain and update employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with Payroll teams for accurate data flow and smooth payroll cycles.Administer employee benefits across multiple countries, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.Partner with HR Business Partners to improve data quality and support data-driven decisions.Contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within the P&C SSC.Ensure compliance with internal policies, GDPR, and local employment regulations.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in HR operations, analytics, or shared services (preferably in a multinational or SaaS environment).Demonstrated experience with Workday or comparable ERP systems.Hands-on experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems.Strong analytical and reporting skills – advanced Excel proficiency and HR data analysis expertise.AI tools expert – experienced in using AI-based analytics, automation, or reporting tools.Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple HR platforms.Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).High attention to detail, data accuracy, and a continuous improvement mindset.Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global SaaS organization.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a global P&C Hub, supporting diverse regions and cultures.A culture that values innovation, automation, and data-driven HR.Professional growth in HR analytics, AI tools, and system integrations.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Hybrid / flexible working model.
