Job Description

Role OverviewLead cross-functional projects end-to-end using project, change, and service management methodologies, while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices. Coordinate communications and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Mobilize and manage resources across procurement, legal, technology, finance, and external vendors. Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining quality and managing risks — including impact assessments, requirement sign-offs, test planning/execution, and deployment. Prepare and distribute high-quality project documentation and maintain the client’s project repository. Influence and align stakeholders across multiple departments and levels of the organization.RequirementsProven project management experiencePMP and/or Scrum certification preferredDemonstrated ownership of large-scale, complex initiativesExperience driving transformation projects (design and execution), ideally within sales, marketing, or company-wide contextsStrong communication skills and proven experience collaborating with business stakeholders in multinational and multicultural environmentsAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to produce executive-level presentations and analysesJapanese language ability preferredPrimarily on-site work in Akasaka; partial remote work may be negotiableSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 (lunch break: 12:00–13:00) Expected overtime: approximately 5–10 hours per monthLocation: Akasaka, Tokyo (primarily on-site; partial remote work may be discussed)
