To learn more about what we make possible, meet some of our customers or take a look at some of our solutions.As a Global Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future strategy and continued development of widely used tools like Boardmaker 7 and Picture Communication Symbols (PCS). This role focuses on evolving our offerings to better support therapists, educators, families, and end users across the globe.You will be responsible for converting user and market insights into high-level product requirements, ensuring our solutions deliver meaningful outcomes. You will also drive the commercial success of the products, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and business models. Collaboration is central to this role, you will work closely with Tech, Design, and Product Managers in other teams, as well as with multiple internal groups.The ideal candidate brings deep, senior-level experience in product management and a proven track record of delivering impactful, user-centered solutions at scale. You are comfortable navigating between technical and user-focused perspectives and thrive in a collaborative environment. A strategic mindset, clear communication, and a strong sense of empathy are key to success in this role.In this role you will for example:Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Boardmaker 7 and PCS in alignment with business goals.Translate user insights and market research into actionable product requirements and innovation opportunities.Lead go-to-market planning, pricing strategies, and adoption initiatives for new and under-penetrated markets.Monitor KPIs and product performance to inform continuous improvement and strategic decisions.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to validate ideas and gather feedback.Represent the product internally and externally, ensuring alignment across teams and acting as a product ambassador.Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Market Units, and other Product Managers to ensure data-driven, user-centered development.Analyze financial feasibility and growth potential of product initiatives and approve related business cases and investments.Minimum QualificationsEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in software product management, preferably in SaaS Skills & Knowledge:Strong commercial acumen and experience with go-to-market strategies.Data-informed decision-making and experience using analytics to guide product strategy.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with a user-centered mindset and a drive to challenge the status quo.Deep understanding of what makes a great product experience. Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and product management tools.Familiarity with data analytics platforms and agile development environments.
