A Snapshot of Your DayIn this exciting position, you will lead the progress and improvement of Siemens Energy’s transformer service expansion portfolio, with a significant focus on creativity and collaborative efforts. You’ll identify, compose, and build new service offerings. Your day will be spent translating vision into action: from conceptualization and strategy through market launch and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with global teams across engineering, sales, R&D, and marketing. Additionally, you will work together with suppliers and customers to develop solutions that support Siemens Energy’s sustainability goals.How You’ll Make An ImpactLead the expansion of Siemens Energy’s transformer service portfolio by developing innovative, customer-centric offerings that are scalable and drive sustainability and business performanceRun pilot initiatives to validate new service concepts, gather customer feedback, and refine offerings for successful market entryEstablish strategic partnerships with internal and external customers to co-create services that extend asset life and reduce environmental impactDrive commercialization efforts through structured innovation processes and R&D project management, ensuring timely roll-out and adoptionTransfer developed portfolio elements to our operations organization as a strategic step in scaling delivery and impactWhat You BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related fieldProven experience with transformers or other high-voltage assets, and a deep understanding of service business modelsStrong background in innovation, strategic partnerships, or M&A is a plusBusiness acumen and creativity to develop customer-centric, commercially viable solutionFluent English; additional languages are a plusPossesses strong intercultural competence and global team experience, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, organized approach, and effective work style.About The TeamOur Grid Technologies division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
