Global Quality Engineer

Introduction to RoleWe are seeking for a reliable and dedicated professional to join our team as a Global Quality Engieer, based in Hungary, Jászárokszállás or Budapest. In this role, you will support the Global Quality Lead and the local quality teams in CCR, focusing on complaint handling, root cause analysis, quality process improvements, quality analytics, and communication.About UsCarrier Commercial Refrigeration is a global leader in innovative, sustainable refrigeration solutios. We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement and are lookig for talented individuals who share our vision for creating a better future.Support the resolution and arbitration of quality complaints in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Maintain and improve training for end-users.Create quality communications.Monitor system data and implement necessary corrections.Lead root cause analysis and drive implementation of corrective actions for improvement.Conduct analytics and reporting.Create and review quality documentation.Participate in global quality projects, supporting both factories and field services.Degree in Engineering or a related Technical Field, or a vocational school degree with experience in an industrial field.Proficiency in IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP; Power BI is a plus).Strong written and oral English skills.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.ISO 9001 Internal Auditor training (preferred).Proficiency in German is an advantage.
