Global Quality OfficerNorth Brabant, Netherlands About the CompanyFynde has partnered with a pioneering packaging technology brand based in North Brabant that is redefining the standards of sustainable, high-performance packaging. To strengthen its global quality capabilities, the business is seeking an experienced and hands-on Global Quality Officer with a strong background in plastics and injection moulding to lead and standardise quality practices across international operations.This role will be pivotal in shaping and implementing the company’s global quality framework — ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence across manufacturing partners and supply chains worldwide. You will oversee and align regional quality teams, develop global procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee the highest levels of product integrity and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own the Global Product Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring a unified approach across all manufacturing regions.Standardise and implement regional SOPs across production, injection moulding, and supply chain operations.Oversee product quality assurance through all stages of the lifecycle, including New Product Introduction (NPI) and product validation.Lead the global Management of Change (MoC) process and ensure robust documentation and traceability.Conduct regular audits and hold the authority to halt production or supply when non-conformities are detected.Implement a comprehensive QA reporting structure and develop KPI dashboards for visibility and accountability.Align regional QA/QC functions into one global, standardised reporting model.Ensure compliance with all relevant international standards and customer-specific quality requirements (PPWR, CSRD, ESG).Support supplier onboarding and quality assessments, including audits and service-level agreements.Champion sustainability-driven quality improvements, focusing on advanced plastics and injection moulding technologies.What You BringDegree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.Proven experience in a senior quality or operational leadership position within plastics, injection moulding, or packaging manufacturing.Strong understanding of global QA systems, process validation, tooling, and regulatory compliance.Hands-on experience in product lifecycle quality control, audits, and MoC processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing across technical and commercial teams.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into standardised execution.Willingness to travel internationally (25–50%), with key focus regions including China and the US.What’s on OfferA global leadership position with high visibility and long-term strategic influence.Opportunity to build and elevate quality standards within a purpose-driven, innovation-led organisation.Dynamic, collaborative culture focused on sustainability and continuous improvement.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Hybrid working environment with flexibility and autonomy.
