As the new Global R&D Senior Engineering Project Manager you’ll be part of a dynamic team where you'll shape the future of sustainable agriculture through cutting-edge facility designs and equipment installations.Key ResponsibilitiesFull lifecycle ownership of large-scale R&D engineering projects across global sitesManage project budgets ranging from $5M to $20MDevelop comprehensive project scope, design, execution and communication strategiesIdentify and secure the needed resources, building and leading a large project team and managing their performance through the life of the projectEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsDrive risk management and mitigation strategiesOversee project documentation and reportingQualificationsMaster’s degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical preferred)Track record of delivering complex engineering projects with the exposure in R&D environment for the Agrochemical, Pharma, Chemical or process industryExperienced in delivering projects in multicultural environment & with global stakeholdersPMP certification or equivalentKnowledge of agrochemical regulatory requirementsStrong stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesGerman language skills are a plusAdditional InformationSite DetailsJealott's Hill International Research Centre UK is situated in pleasant semi-rural surroundings between Bracknell and Maidenhead and is the place of work for approximately 800 Syngenta scientists and support staff.
