Reports to: Global Customer Experience LeadRole OverviewAtelier Rebul is looking for a highly organized and brand-driven Global Retail Design & Roll-Out Manager to oversee the end-to-end process of our stores, shop-in-shop, and key account openings and renovations / retail upgrades worldwide. This role will not design directly (design/3D capabilities are a plus), but will manage external design agencies, architects, and vendors to ensure all executions are fully aligned with Atelier Rebul’s brand DNA, premium standards, and business objectives. The role combines project management, vendor negotiation, and global brand governance with hands-on execution in the field.QualificationsDegree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field.7+ years of experience in retail roll-out, store development, or design project management, ideally in luxury / premium beauty, fragrance, or retail lifestyle brands.Proven ability to manage external agencies, architects, and vendors.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Experience in budget tracking and cost optimization.Ability to manage multiple projects across different geographies simultaneously.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ideally in 3D or presentation tools (SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.).Fluent in English; Turkish Willingness to travel internationally.Job Description - Key Responsibilities1. Design Process ManagementLead and coordinate external design agencies and architectural partners with a close follow-up.Ensure creative concepts, layouts, and technical drawings align with Atelier Rebul’s global brand standards.Review and approve design proposals, providing clear brand-driven feedback including budget managementFollow up on procurement processes, material approvals, and construction milestones.2. Brand Governance & GuidelinesOwn and update the Global Retail Design Guidelines (materials, lighting, fixtures, branding, VM).Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all formats and geographies.Train and support franchise partners, vendors and local teams to apply guidelines correctly.3. Vendor & Contractor ManagementSelect, brief, and manage contractors, fabricators, and fixture vendors.Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring premium quality at optimized cost.Monitor production and installation, resolving issues swiftly.4. Project & Budget ControlOversee timelines with close follow-ups on critical paths, budgets, and deliverables for all global openings.Provide regular financial tracking and reporting to management.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within approved budgets.Collaborate closely with Customer Experience, Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teams.5. Site Supervision & Roll-OutCoordinate with local teams and agencies during project execution.Conduct international site visits to supervise installations and ensure brand standards are met.Provide corrective guidance where necessary to maintain quality.6.
