If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and brings both expertise and curiosity to the table, you might be just the person we’re looking for.About The RoleAs a Global Safety Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role, ensuring the integrity and compliance of the pharmacovigilance system, supporting both internal and external safety operations, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. As the Global Safety Specialist, you will act as a key coordinator for documentation, training, regulatory intelligence, and audits within the global safety framework.Responsibilities and tasks:Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF): Manage and maintain the PSMF, ensuring compliance and up-to-date documentationQPPV Office & LPPV Network Support: Provide operational support, including training matrix reviews, regulatory intelligence, compliance reporting, and vendor oversightCross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, partners, and vendorsProcess & SOP Review: Review and help improve standard operating procedures, policy documents, and processes related to pharmacovigilance (PV)PV Contract Support: Assist with contracts and agreements relevant to safety data exchangeTraveling for get together meetings and audits and inspections are to be expected for 4-5 times per year.What You BringYou’re not just skilled – you’re thoughtful, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
