Global Sales Manager – Baden-Württemberg – Up to €125,000 + Bonus (d / m / w)In this position, you will take overall accountability for the worldwide sales and distribution activities of their flagship product line. As a key leader, you will define and implement the global sales framework, oversee regional performance, and collaborate closely with international subsidiaries, strategic partners, and internal departments.ResponsibilitiesDrive the design, implementation, and continuous refinement of our global sales approach electromechanical componentsProvide both technical and disciplinary leadership to the international Global Sales & Distribution, fostering collaboration and performance excellenceFormulate and oversee a comprehensive global distribution strategy, integrating both traditional and digital sales channels to maximize market coverageIdentify opportunities and develop tailored go-to-market initiatives that address specific regional market dynamics, trends, and growth potentialCoordinate annual sales planning activities with regional offices, defining measurable objectives and tracking key performance indicators, including revenue, activity, and pipeline goalsEstablish, nurture, and manage strong relationships with international sales partners and subsidiaries, ensuring alignment through goal setting and regular performance assessmentsGuarantee transparency and control over sales performance through data-driven management of leads, prospects, and opportunitiesOversee the utilization and advancement of central sales tools (CRM platforms), ensuring data integrity and supporting digital transformation and process improvement initiativesRequirementsCompleted a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar5+ years’ experience in a sales role, within the electromechanical components sectorAn additional 3+ years’ experience in international sales leadership, also within the electromechanical components sectorExpertise in distribution management, partner coordination, and channel developmentStrong Project Management capabilities, with experience managing parallel projects on a global scaleProficient in SAP R/3 and CRM systemsYour approach is confident, persuasive, and customer-focused, along with exceptional negotiation, acquisition, and closing skillsWilling and able to travel internationallyFluency in German & English is mandatoryDo not miss your opportunity to propel your career in an established and stimulating organization.
