Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced AVP/ Head, International Business Development to lead and expand our global presence.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving international growth, fostering partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in market analysis, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to help our organization thrive in new and existing international markets. Be Part of Our Success Market DevelopmentIdentify market opportunities and generate leads to support the growth of opportunity pipelines for the Line of Business (LOB). Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new international markets while strengthening (Line of Business) LOB position in existing regions.

Create comprehensive business plans, including market entry strategies, risk assessments, and financial forecasts. Provide inputs for product development by the Line of Business (LOB) to ensure product competitiveness for markets of interest. Secure contracts and meet the international business orders target. Customer & Partner RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distributors, and local authorities to promote presence and branding in markets of interest, create awareness of capabilities and solutions, understand and shape user requirements and procurement plans. Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships agreements to maximize mutual benefits and long-term value.

Develop access and channels to be kept abreast of Tenders and RFIs released by the authorities. Represent the Line of Business (LOB) at global industry events, trade shows and conferences. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, legal, operations, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of international initiatives. Provide cultural and market insights to guide localization efforts. Act as the primary point of contact for international stakeholders across functions. Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with local and international regulations, standards, and business practices. Monitor geopolitical and economic developments that could impact business activities. Requirement:

Strong understanding of global markets, trade regulations, and cultural nuances. Business development and marketing experience in international business. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, and results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Adaptability to diverse cultural environments. Leadership and team management skills.
