Global Security Manager

Period: 6 months contract with possible extensionOur client is seeking an experienced Global Security Manager to strengthen and align their global security function across multiple regions. This is a key leadership role for someone who can combine strategic direction with hands-on execution across both cybersecurity and information security domains.What you’ll do:Lead and develop a global security organization of around 20 professionals worldwideDrive the overall cybersecurity and information security agenda, including governance, risk assessment, and compliance.Define and implement a cohesive global security framework, ensuring consistency and alignment across all business entities.Play a central role in restructuring and strengthening the security organization — establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and processes.Collaborate closely with senior leadership to embed security into the company’s overall technology and operational strategy.Who you are:A senior security professional with solid experience in both InfoSec and risk management.Experienced in leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.Skilled at balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.Passionate about building scalable, collaborative, and resilient security operations.
