This is a foundational marketing role at qlub. You will have the opportunity to lead and shape our marketing strategy & direction. You’ll be responsible for building qlub’s B2B and B2C marketing initiatives:Develop and Execute B2B StrategyBuild a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to increase the number and quality of inbound leadsCollaborate with sales and lead generation teams to align marketing efforts with sales goalsMeasure and optimize B2B marketing campaigns for ROI and lead qualityLeverage digital marketing channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing to reach B2B audiencesB2C:Develop and Execute B2C Brand Strategy for qlub brand and subscription programBuild a strong B2C brand identity and messaging frameworkDevelop and execute marketing campaigns to drive consumer engagement and conversionsManage social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships for our subscription programAnalyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform marketing strategiesUtilize digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, and Google Ads to reach B2C audiencesMarketing Execution:Develop and manage marketing budgets and forecastsLead and manage a team of marketing professionals (or work independently, depending on the company structure)Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer successMeasure and report on marketing performance using key metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, ROI)Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaignsTrack and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectivenessConduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trendsQualifications8+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B and B2C digital marketingFluent in Arabic and EnglishProven experience with digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketingFamiliarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systemsExperience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Strategic thinking and planningCampaign execution and managementExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience in the technology industry is a plusWhat We OfferBe part of an exciting, fast-paced environment, where you can grow the business from an early-stage start-up into a global organizationDrive growth and tailoring of fast-evolving new products and featuresWork with highly motivated people, enthusiastic about improving the customer experience at table-service restaurants.Sounds like you?
