Global Sourcing Manager (HBC/Looks)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sourcing Manager (HBC/Looks) to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing global sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and innovation across the HBC/Lookscategories.2 Vacancies:For FMCG Food 1 positionFor HBC/ Looks 1 positionKey Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for HBC/Looks categories to optimize cost, quality, and supply reliability.Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers across international markets.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements with suppliers to achieve business objectives.Monitor market trends, raw material costs, and competitor sourcing strategies.Drive supplier performance management including audits, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Supply Chain) to support product development and launches.Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.Build strong partnerships with global stakeholders and lead sourcing projects that support growth and innovation.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Food Science, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a focus on HBC/Looks.Proven track record of global supplier management and contract negotiation.Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret market data.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Working Location: Head Office at Central Changwattana
