In this role you will:Be responsible of sourcing & procurement for EE componentsBe responsible for supplier management, price negotiation and cost reductionBe responsible for new supplier selectionBe responsible for the negotiation with suppliers on the contract/agreements and business termsNeed to provide supplier roadmap and market trend & analysis to internal customers on regular basisDevelop and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and external partners & suppliers.Interact with key business leaders and managers/buyers to proactively identify potential sourcing opportunitiesDrive saving initiatives for the responsible categoryWork on long term component capacity planning and identifying sourcing bottlenecksKey Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business and/or EngineeringExcellent English in Reading/Speaking/WritingAt least 5-8 years sourcing experience or equivalent - EE componentsGood capabilities to understand technology, key market players, market drivers and cost structureGood communicationStrong interpersonal skillStrong analytical and negotiation skillAbility to work globally (3 regions US, EMEA and AP)Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
