Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Global Supply Network Planner, You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact ByOwning the global supply plan for an assigned asset/plant; balancing demand, capacity and inventory to ensure product availability for customer requirements.Collaborate with wider supply chain team by being accountable for product availability at the right time and in the correct distribution centre globally.Collaborating closely with manufacturing sites to align production plan with Global Supply requirements – including the management of the supply and the prioritization of constrained production lines, including level loading where necessary.Actively engage and provide leadership for the weekly S&OE process.Managing the mid to long term capacity planning through weekly alignment with production plants and provide monthly leadership to the IBP process.Owning, monitoring and updating tactical planning parameters (SS, Lot Sizing)Driving performance for plan adherence, Non-Working Inventory, Service levels & Inventory targets.Proactively identifies and resolves supply constraints ensuring continuity across markets and preventing stock outs.Acting as the central link between Global demand planning, supply chain co-ordinator & production planners to optimise end-to-end supply flow.Your Skills And ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, logistics or demand planning in a private, public, government, or military environment.ANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Experience working with ERP, MRP II, MRP, SCP, APS, or DRP systems. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.)Proven leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders across all levels in the organisation to execute and drive change where needed.Strong communication skillsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong analytical skills with experience in visual display, reporting to senior leadership and influencing the outcome.Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with internal customers, internal/external suppliers and fellow team members at all levels.Intense curiosity and passion for data qualityAbility to operate at Strategic and Operational levelsAPICS CSCP or relevant professional planning association certification.Work location: Eligible Countries – Ireland/UKHybrid Eligible Travel: May include up to 10% [domestic/international]Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
