Our blend of next-gen AI, CX management, content moderation, and data annotation powers some of the hottest industries on the planet: Social Media, Streaming, Technology, Retail & eCommerce, Gaming, Autonomous Cars, Healthcare, and more. 2025 is our transformational year - and we need someone like you making sure that Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding function is running efficiently, is agile and ready to scale fast in response to business needs.The Role:You’ll be the lead for Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding global function, able to make an ever-lasting impact by redesigning and optimizing processes, developing internal recruitment capabilities and make tough projects become a reality with exceptional delivery.As Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager, you will:Lead the development and execution of TA strategies aligned with business goals, including workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.Ensure operational delivery for TA projects, with high-quality service and consistently meeting SLAs - time to hire, quality of hire, with timely execution of sourcing and recruitment plans.Oversee TA capacity and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective delivery and capacity planning, as well as efficient workload distribution. Optimize TA processes to ensure operational excellence, scalability, and compliance with labor legislation.Implement and monitor data-driven recruitment metrics to assess process effectiveness and support decision-making.Manage and develop the global TA team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and collaboration.Partner with business leaders to understand current and future talent needs, providing consultative support and market intelligence.Drive employer branding initiatives in partnership with leadership, contributing to the design and implementation of EB policies and action plans.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all TA activities.What You’ll Own:Sourcing strategy: Research current and new markets to make best informed recommendations to the operations, business solutions and sales teams.TA Operations: Lead end-to-end recruitment projects by applying a multi-scale project management approach and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Stakeholder Engagement: Validate TA initiatives, manage projects, and adjust delivery capabilities according to business needs.Continuous Improvement: Analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and drive process and system enhancements.What You Bring:More than 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, dealing with targeted sourcing or mass recruitment in retail, hospitality or services industry; BPO and/or Operations experience is a strong advantageFluent in talent intelligence – understand the labor market, adopt a pragmatic and data-driven approach to sourcing, able to navigate across specific systems & toolsGreat communicator with strong collaboration and business partnership successful experiences Strategic thinking, project management and process improvement skillsWhy You’ll Love It:Remote-first freedom with global exposure.Personal growth: direct contribution to strategy development, leadership impact across a diverse recruitment team, exposure to the development of strategic initiatives that are shaping the future of workCulture of empowerment —diverse, bold, and collaborative.
