Global Talent Acquisition ManagerLocation: Madrid, Spain | Hybrid (3 Days In Office)Salary: €70,000–€75,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits | Full-timeAbout the CompanyWe’re partnering with a rapidly expanding global fintech organisation operating across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. The company provides cloud-based communication and connectivity solutions to major financial institutions and is deeply committed to leveraging data, technology, and analytics to drive strategic business outcomes.The RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong focus on data-driven recruitment, reporting, and dashboard visibility.In this role, you will:Lead a distributed Talent Acquisition team across Madrid and Kuala Lumpur.Oversee global hiring operations with a clear emphasis on data accuracy, reporting quality, and actionable insights.Build and maintain recruitment dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making.Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, presenting insights and updates that influence hiring outcomes.Support the optimisation of the team’s ATS (preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud) and associated BI tools.Ensure consistent global processes and alignment across regions.This position does not focus on managing full recruitment cycles but rather on overseeing performance, reporting, and the effectiveness of recruiting operations globally.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and maintain global recruitment dashboards and KPI reporting.Provide clear, data-backed insights to senior leadership and hiring managers.Ensure high-quality data integrity across systems including Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Excel, and Power BI.Lead and support international TA team members (4 in Madrid, 2–3 in Kuala Lumpur).Monitor global TA performance, identifying trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.Build strong stakeholder relationships across business units and regions.Contribute to global TA strategy, process improvements, and operational excellence.About You8+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2-4 years leading global or distributed teams.Prior experience in recruiting operations, reporting, or analytics strong ability to create and present dashboards and insights.Proficient with data tools including Excel and Power BI; experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or another enterprise ATS is highly desirable.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present data clearly and persuasively.Experience working in international environments or across multiple regions (Madrid & Kuala Lumpur experience beneficial).Background in fintech, telecoms, or technology-driven organisations is advantageous.Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.What You BringStrong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.Confidence managing dashboards, reports, and recruitment metrics at a global level.Experience engaging with senior leaders and presenting insights to hiring managers.Ability to drive alignment and visibility across international teams.
