Apply now — and grow with purpose.Being important part of Global Talent Management Team based in İstanbul, The Global Talent Management Specialist/Sr. Specialist will support the implementation and execution of global talent management programs, and conduct global talent acquisition activities. This role also provides operational support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes within the platform.Ideal candidates will have around 5 years of experience in human resources, with exposure to talent management, employer branding, talent acquisition, and HR systems—particularly SuccessFactors.Key Responsibilities:Talent ManagementAssist with the administration of performance management and goal-setting cycles in SAP SuccessFactors, including testing, timeline management, and system troubleshooting.Support the execution of 9-box talent reviews and succession planning processes by preparing reports and tracking actions in SuccessFactors.Analyze talent data and dashboards to identify trends and support talent planning discussions.Maintain templates, communications, and toolkits related to talent programs.Global Talent Acquisition and Employer BrandingPartner with local HR teams and hiring managers to support job postings, candidate tracking, and workflow management in SuccessFactors and other HR systems.Search and screen the potential candidates for the open positions and conduct job interviews with the appropriate candidates.Assist with the coordination of interview scheduling, candidate communications, and requisition management.Help maintain the integrity of SuccessFactors data related to open roles, pipelines, and hiring activity.Generate and share recruitment reports.Conduct and organize EVP activities and monitor the employer branding and internal and external communication effectiveness and metrics.Contribute to internal communication campaigns that support HR and organizational priorities.Success Factors SupportServe as a first-line support contact for Success Factors-related questions and issues from HR colleagues and employees.Collaborate with HRIS or system administrators to test new features, troubleshoot issues, and support system updates.Assist with data uploads, report generation, and maintaining clean, accurate records across modules (Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Succession & Development).Help document and improve system-related processes and end-user training materials.Qualifications & Competencies:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management & Talent Acquisition in an international or global organisation.Experience with HR systems (Success Factors or similar). The ability to work with and troubleshoot in a complex HR system is important. Prior Success Factors experience is a strong plus.Proven ability, high adaptability and flexibility.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues across departments.High attention to detail with a structured and analytical mindset.Fluent in English.
