You will lead key strategic initiatives to strengthen our talent landscape and ensure that we have a robust pipeline of future leaders across the organization. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution — balancing global process ownership with close collaboration across regions, business divisions, and senior leadership teams. To thrive in this role, you are a team player with excellent communication and coordination skills. You are analytic, structured and proactive, and comfortable leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across different countries and functions.About the teamThis is a global Subject Matter Expert (SME) role where you will be joining the Global People team on Group Level consisting of approximately 7 members in a variety of different HR roles.The role reports to Global VP People & Culture.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a global process owner for Talent Management and Succession Planning, ensuring alignment, quality, and impact across the organization.Lead and facilitate the annual Talent Review process for the Group Management Team (GM).Further develop and embed Succession Planning and Leadership Assessment practices to secure a strong leadership pipeline.Own and manage the Executive Development Program (EDP) – including program design, budget, delivery, external partnerships, and alumni engagement.Lead the global 360° feedback process and platform, ensuring consistency and value in leadership development efforts.Provide strategic guidance and expertise to divisional and functional HR leaders on global programs and initiatives.Chair the Global Talent Community, bringing together Talent Directors from all divisions.Support the global roll-out of the Management Toolbox and Leadership Framework.Drive talent analytics and reporting, translating insights into actionable recommendations.QualificationsExtensive expertise (min. 7-8 years) in Talent Management, Leadership Development or Strategic HR in a global context.Experience working with senior stakeholders (C-level preferred) and leading complex, cross-border projects.Proven ability to deliver end-to-end responsibilities, from strategy development to hands-on execution.Background in consultancy is a plus. A must is previous experience from a global role and multiple years in international context.Experience with HR technology, analytics platforms, and digital transformation in talent processes.Experience with various assessment tools for leadership development programs (e.g., 360-degree feedback) and managing third-party providers (such as executive coaches, L&D vendors, D&I partners, executive search, etc.).At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree, in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Human Resources.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; business and commercial acumen.
