In this role, you will be responsible for managing field trials of the product development pipeline until market launch with close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding results.What You'll DoProduct Development:• Lead the global technical development of new biostimulant products, from early stage of field research through to product launch.• Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen intellectual property, enhance product differentiation, and expand market potential.• Track ongoing development projects and ensure alignment of complementary technical support activities.Technical Strategy and Innovation:• Develop and execute the technical strategy for biostimulant products in alignment with organizational goals and market trends.• Drive innovation and creativity across projects, identifying new opportunities for formulation improvements and technology applications.Field Trials and Data Management:• Design and coordinate harmonized field trial programs, managing budgets and external contractors to ensure timely, high-quality data delivery.• Analyze and interpret trial results, maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical product data.Technical Knowledge and Launch Readiness:• Define the technical positioning of biostimulant products and communicate clear mode of use strategies.• Translate scientific and agronomic data into compelling technical launch plans that address market and customer needs.Technical Support and Third-Party Engagement:• Serve as the main technical point of contact for current and new third-party products.• Provide technical due diligence and actively contribute to third-party evaluation and negotiation processes.What You’ll Bring• Master’s degree or PhD in Agronomy, Plant Science, Biology, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in the biostimulants/biofertilizer industry, with strong technical expertise in product development and application.• Deep understanding of agricultural production systems, crop nutrition, biostimulants/biologicals inputs, emerging technologies, and overall market dynamics.• Proven track record of successfully delivering product development projects at country, regional, or global level.• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, visualization, and insight generation to support data-driven business decisions.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating complex technical information into clear, actionable insights and value for internal and external stakeholders.• Highly organized, with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, set priorities, and align cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.• Demonstrated ability to make decisions, influence outcomes, lead proactively, solve problems, and foster a culture of innovation that encourages creativity and delivers an outstanding customer experience.What We Offer• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on global food systems and climate resilience.• Competitive salary.• Professional development and flexible work arrangements.• Collaborative and innovative team environment championing experimentation and growth.How to ApplyWe’d love to hear from you!
