This individual contributor role is instrumental in helping deliver a consistent, intuitive, and impactful employee experience across HR service lines and digital platforms.In this role, you will collaborate with global HR, Technology, and Process teams to improve how employees interact with HR services—from onboarding to retirement. You’ll contribute to user research, journey mapping, and design initiatives that enhance usability and engagement across our digital HR ecosystem.This position is ideal for a UX professional with experience in HR transformation or service design, a strong foundation in user-cantered design principles, and a desire to grow in a global, cross-functional environment.Your responsibilitiesGlobal UX Design & ExperienceSupport rollout of the global UX vision and strategy across HR Shared Services, aligned to enterprise-wide employee experience objectives. Serve as the UX design advisory across all HR operational or other Global Business Services service line processes (e.g., Onboarding, Talent Operations, Rewards, Procurement, Finance, etc.). Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, IT, and operations teams to ensure usability and consistency of the global platforms and processes. Service Design & Journey InnovationSupport end to end service and experience design across all HR interaction channels (e.g., self-service, live support, chatbot, mobile, knowledge portals). Create and update personas, journey maps, and process flows to capture the employee experience. Co-lead design sprints and cross-functional workshops with IT, GPOs, and Ops leaders to embed UX from ideation to implementation. Experience Measurement & InsightsContinuously evaluate and challenge measurement framework, including CSAT, NPS, adoption, friction indicators, and sentiment analysis. Conduct usability tests, surveys, and feedback sessions with employees. Analyse data and feedback to identify pain points and recommend improvements to continuously refine user experience. Present insights and design proposals to project teams and Reckitt leadership. Experience Measurement & ReportingSupport measurement of experience indicators (e.g., CSAT, adoption, friction points). Actively participate in the user testing for major platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, etc.) to ensure best-in-class usability. Collaborate in the preparation of dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate outcomes. Communication & AdvocacyContribute to development of storytelling and visual content that focuses on UX improvements. Help promote design thinking practices across HR projects. The experience we're looking forMinimum Qualifications4–6 years of experience in UX, service design, or employee experience roles. Experience in a marketing field. Hands-on experience with journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, Marketing, Process design, HR, or a related field. Preferred SkillsStrong skills in journey mapping, visual design, web design, wireframe, storyboards, user and process flows, site maps, prototyping, usability testing, and software design. (e.g., Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, Qualtrics). Exposure to HR technology platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Workday etc.). Ability to analyse user generated data and connect insights to design recommendations. Comfortable presenting work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback. Work and collaborate in a global environment, understanding different cultures and navigating through different team perspectives. Understand the value creation framework of a share service operating model to the overall organization. Key CapabilitiesStrong problem-solving and design thinking mindset.
